INDOOR AIR QUALITY PHASE I INVESTIGATION SPECIFICATION A Phase, I IAQ Investigation involves a detailed evaluation of a building's air systems. This evaluation is designed to identify areas within the building systems that have the strongest influence on indoor air quality. In conjunction with this evaluation, sampling of the air for gases, dusts, and biological contaminants are taken within the occupied areas of the building to assure that the health and comfort of building occupants are being satisfied. Visual inspections of the internal components and chambers of the air
handling units. · Assessment of the filtration systems.
